The University Book Fair at La Salle University

For years, we have been holding the University Book Fair, we started in the Library spaces, and it was successful, we held two during the year and at the beginning of the semester. Later we saw the need to grow and we dared to leave the safe place, and we held it outside the Library and that is how we arrived at Plaza La Salle, occupying the terraces, the auditoriums, and sometimes the Library itself.

Each time we gave it a twist with the sole purpose that the book would reach the entire university community, that our community could have the news from the different publishers, but also that it be a space for the development of libraries and librarians. . So we made a documentary exhibition, where a space was given to the Universities with which we have an interlibrary loan agreement, since no library can develop alone.

This year the University Book Fair has as its themeLibrary and Artificial IntelligenceIn addition, it is presented as an opportunity to resume and strengthen communication between members of our community and specialists from other areas.

So everyone is welcome to this University Book Fair, where you will find: editorials, news, great works, but above all great collaboration and teamwork, thank you very much to all who participated to make it happen.

Welcome!
